about me:

I graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree Elementary Education, preK-6, in 2008. I taught for two years in DC at a charter school, another two years in VA at a public school and my fifth year was spent teaching in CA at a international baccalaureate school.

My husband was in the Navy at the time which is why they moved around so much! I then had my first child, Sawyer, in 2013 and have been home with him and my two year old daughter, Riley, for the past five years.

During this time I have also tutored, volunteered at my church and currently serving as the Children’s Ministry superintendent at Community Bible Church. I am passionate about children, meeting their needs in the classroom!!
